Besan is a very sensitive food item so as far as quality control is concerned, we have to be very alert at every stage to get the best quality of products. Company is having its own quality policy starts from Raw material purchase to end user.
Raw Material Purchase
Company strictly purchases grams and wheat from its approved selected regions and farmers only.
Processing
Before processing Raw materials, they are checked in our in house laboratories to match the approved product specifications.
In Process
We strictly follow automated and manual monitoring systems for manufacturing processes to check conditions like humidity, temperature etc.
Packing
Strictly monitoring of packing line to ensure the leak proof packing as per international packing standards.
Storage and Handling
Proper storage and handling will be taken care to ensure the best quality as per standards.
Logistic & Transportation
Logistic and transportation will be taken care and managed only as per the product specification and surrounding weather condition to ensure the best quality products to our buyer.
